Mazola Wa Mwashighadi

ARTIST'S MISSION STATEMENT
To build bridges, between the Past, the Present and Future, within the concepts of socio-cultural debates.

I am a child of a World that thrives on divisions and discardment of what might be deemed useless. This is both on an individual and communal  capacities. I view my work as an essential service to humankind and through my experiments weave and stitch up narratives addressing these divisions, and from a Spiritual dimension work towards, healing of all.

CURRENT EXHIBITION @ 3LittleBirdsArts
This was a like a test run.

Cat and I are collaborating in causing major good trouble. We decided to give the Calabash Literary attendees a special treat.

The works exhibited show the different range of topics that I tailor in my stories.
which are all geared towards empowerment, reclaiming the discarded, and revisiting history - not as a victim, but as an observer.

And in this Healing has been happening.
You should have  seen the  faces of all those that graced the space.

THE FURNITURE EXHIBITION December 2025
The collaboration between Cat Moses and Mazola Wa Mwashighadi will come alive in this.
Due to shared ideas, to bring up a conceptualized exhibition, with the entry point being a single bedroom Seaside villa.

I can not say more than this ,otherwise I will be pre-emptying it.
