The PSOJ will be hosting sessions on performance management and customer service for the month of November. The invitation is extended for managers in need of in-depth training on how to improve poor performance. Sessions will also educate managers that are not fully clear on the protocols in disciplining/terminating for poor performance. For line staff, sessions on customer service essentials and becoming a first-time manager are available. Registrations are now open. All sessions will be facilitated via zoom.
