At almost 58, I am in the best shape of my life. It was not always that way for me. As a young woman, I struggled with my body image, hated what I saw in the mirror and tried every fad diet going to get skinny. Let me help you get out of that self-destructing cycle and learn how to eat foods from the earth (and no, you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian), by knowing what and when to eat and most importantly, how to meal prep once a week so it's stress-free!

The last few years have shown us that life can change in a second. Humanity as a whole is going through a huge transition.
