The Marketplace Entertainment Centre for the Arts, (MECA) will be in full fashion mode for Dancehall Fashion Week.

They invite you to join them in celebration from November 30, 2023, to December 4, 2023, for 5 electrifying days of extraordinary showcases, performances and events.

November 30| Day 1- DFW Launch Party

December 2| Day 2- Young Designers Showcase, Workshops and Industry Talks

December 3| Day 3- Fashion Shows and Runway Events

December 4| Day 4 – Dancehall Fashion Week Brunch

December 5| Day 5- Grand Finale and Closing Party

Hymn Writing Contest

The Diocese of Jamaica and the Cayman Islands is inviting persons to compose a hymn to commemorate the 200th Anniversary of the Diocese - established on July 25, 1824. The hymn will be used at a National Service of Thanksgiving in July 2024 at which the Archbishop of Canterbury will be present.

Entries should be submitted by December 31st to the following email address: anniversarycommittee@anglicandiocese.com
