Afya Studios - weekly schedule


Afya (meaning health and harmony in Kiswahili) aims to provide a positive atmosphere where students can discover & explore the benefits of Yoga,Pilates & Dance.

Regular Weekly Schedule:

Tuesdays - Gentle Mindful Yoga: 9:30am - 10:45am
                   Yoga-lates: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

Wednesdays - Pilates: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
                        Yoga as Moving Meditation: 7:30am - 8:45am

Thursdays - Yoga for Relief & Release: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
                    Candlelight Yoga: 7:30 - 8:45pm

Saturdays - Pilates: 9:00am - 10:00am 
                    Yoga: 10:30am - 11:45am

Sundays - Rise Yoga: 11:00am - 12:15pm
