What Will Your Learn During This Live Webinar:

1. How to reverse engineer your goals by creating a vision of your future self.

Always set goals that never stick? I'll share a simple 5-minute meditation technique that connects you with the highest version of yourself. By connecting with this version of yourself daily, your subconscious mind helps you commit to the daily, small, inspired actions that get you your goals - no matter what life throws at you.

2. Why creating to a daily routine of meditation, movement and mindful eating are integral to your success.

With over 30 years in the field of Mind, Body Fitness, I'll teach you my daily routine that will not only change your body, but change your life forever. Establishing a daily morning meditation practice, moving your body and practicing mindful eating is the key to peace, joy and balance - no matter what age or stage of life.

3. How to get to your ideal weight and stay there without starving or killing yourself in the gym.

At almost 58, I am in the best shape of my life. It was not always that way for me. As a young woman, I struggled with my body image, hated what I saw in the mirror and tried every fad diet going to get skinny. Let me help you get out of that self-destructing cycle and learn how to eat foods from the earth (and no, you don't have to be vegan or vegetarian), by knowing what and when to eat and most importantly, how to meal prep once a week so it's stress-free!

4. How to manage the waves of life (and trust me they are coming), with more ease and equanimity.

The last few years have shown us that life can change in a second. Humanity as a whole is going through a huge transition. We as individuals are shifting and changing at an accelerated pace. There are going to be things we need to change, and there are things we are going to need to accept that we can't change. The secret sauce is so simple - I'll share with you the one thing that keeps me in a place of ease and equanimity whether I'm riding the wave, or have been brought to my knees by life.

5. How to implement your goals into reality in the most practical way.

How to not find time but MAKE time for all the things that make up a happy life: Peace of Mind, Healthy Body, Good Relationships and Financial Abundance. It's called scheduling. I learnt this from one of my early mentors, the great Tony Robbins. I want to show you how putting YOU first, allows you much greater focus on the people that you love and the work that you do. And yes, you get to do it all and have it all because you’ve planned your life.

Five hundred teachers and educators from across 15 countries are expected to be in Jamaica on January 21, 2023, for the Global Education Teachers Summit to be held at the Jamaica Conference Centre in downtown Kingston.

The confab is being organised and hosted by Jamaica-born, Maryland-based educator Keishia Thorpe under the theme ‘Redesigning the future of education’. Teachers are expected from Colombia, Canada, the United States, Ghana, Mexico, Uganda, Argentina, and Morocco, among other countries.

The summit is being held in partnership with the Jamaica Teachers’ Association and the Jamaica Teaching Council, with the Ministry of Education endorsing the event, and will see six training sessions spread across the day. There will be presentations by master teachers, education ministers and education strategists.
The summit is free for all teachers and is being sponsored by Thorpe’s non-profit, Elite International.

The event is being billed as a stakeholder mini-conference to bring together educators and education stakeholders from across the world for knowledge sharing, and to discuss equitable and inclusive practices as a vision for achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal for Education 2030.
