What’s Your Story, Jamaica? in collaboration with Jaiku proudly presents Talk Di Tings!, a national storytelling competition designed to celebrate the voices and lived experiences of Jamaicans everywhere.

This exciting event invites participants to step into the spotlight by sharing true stories from their own lives, with the chance to win cash prizes and gain recognition for their storytelling talent.

Storytelling is at the heart of Jamaica’s culture—whether through music, poetry, or the oral traditions passed down for generations.

Talk Di Tings! continues this legacy by providing a platform where authentic stories can educate, entertain, and inspire others.

How to Participate:

• Submit a true story from your life by the deadline of August 31, 2025.
• Entries should be submitted in Microsoft Word format.
• Stories should be a maximum of six minutes when read aloud.
