MEETING: 6:00AM...At Utech by the waiting area/roundabout directly ahead of the main gate; LEAVING Utech at 6:30AM for Orange Bay, Portland.
HIKE DISTANCE: 5miles (8 km)
DIFFICULTY: Rated 4 (moderate) on a scale of 1 to 10. This event is for able-bodied persons of average fitness and endurance.
DESCRIPTION --This is a 5 miles (8km) hike in the Orange Bay, Rodney Hall and Black Hill areas in Portland; exploring great house ruins, train tunnels, and the landscape of a dormant volcano.
PARTICIPANTS WILL SIGN AN INDEMNITY FORM AS REQUIRED BY JAMAICA HIKING AND HERITAGE TOURS.
