This tour of the facility gives a peek into the history of cane and rum making in this country. The factory started blending rums in 1749 at the Rum Distillery by Black River. Visitors learn about the distilling process and after the tour they are invited to taste the rums. The factory also has a bar and gift shop with souvenirs and snacks available for purchase.
