Yoga-lates: 6:00pm - 7:30pm
Wednesdays - Pilates: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Yoga as Moving Meditation: 7:30am - 8:45am
Thursdays - Yoga for Relief & Release: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Candlelight Yoga: 7:30 - 8:45pm
Saturdays - Pilates: 9:00am - 10:00am
Yoga: 10:30am - 11:45am
Sundays - Rise Yoga: 11:00am - 12:15pm
