Lovers Leap is a 1700 ft cliff with a spectacular view of the sea below. Dropping almost perpendicularly, it is the site from which a couple of slave lovers reportedly leaped to escape their master who wanted the female slave for himself. It is now a tourist attraction in St. Elizabeth, with a restaurant, small museum with Indian and other artifacts and a garden with a cactus farm.
